The nomination form is available using a Google Docs form and as a Microsoft Word document (DOCX). The Word DOCX can also be downloaded, completed, and emailed to nysgeoawards@gmail.com.

The deadline for submissions is Friday, 1 September 2023.
Winners will be recognized for their achievements at this year’s NYS GIS Association annual event.
