New York State GIS Association Member Cattyann Campbell, GIS Administrator for Tompkins County in Ithaca, was interviewed for the January/February 2018 issue of APCO International’s Public Safety Communications (p.44) for their GIS Specialist Spotlight. In the article, Cattyann describes how she started her career in GIS, promotes GIS Technology, and talks about the future of GIS.
